Thirty-four villas · Box Canyon
A room that is itself the intervention.
Study imagery
Thirty-four villas, each about 2,988 square feet under roof and 1,322 conditioned, each inside its own walled garden. Buildings cover 2.87 acres of the whole holding — under one percent. You will not see another rooftop from your door.
Most resorts put the water in a spa and sell you access to it. We put it in the villa, because the evidence on heat and cold is a dose-response on frequency — and nobody books a treatment room seven times in five days.

The water, in every villa
Six vessels. All of them yours.
- Plunge pool
- Yours alone, in your own walled garden. Not shared, not booked.
- Hot tub
- Separate vessel, held at temperature, ready whenever the circuit calls for it.
- Cold plunge
- Separate again. Your pathway sets the order — Revive takes it first thing, Restore takes it last.
- Finnish sauna
- Dry heat. The dose that carries the evidence is frequency, so it is in the villa rather than across the property.
- Lavender steam shower
- The shower doubles as a steam room. A door opens straight out of it to the soaking tub and an outdoor rain shower, so you can go from steam to open sky without crossing the room.
- Outdoor soaking tub
- Through the shower door, under open sky, with a rain shower beside it. Mineral salts and magnesium flakes, drawn for you when you ask.

The hour before the stars
The room
Built around the way you sleep.
- Circadian lighting
- The room follows the sun. Warm and low after sunset, bright and blue-weighted at waking, with no overhead white light after 8pm anywhere on the property.
- Pillow menu
- You choose the fill. It sounds like a flourish and it is a sleep intervention.
- Organic bedding
- Breathable, free of treated fibres.
- Aromatherapy bar
- Your steward walks you through it on arrival, and blends what you choose.
- Your own audio-visual system
- Every villa has one, and it is yours to run — not a shared feed. Every building on the property is fitted the same way.
- The daily recordings
- A player and wired headphones are handed to you each day at 4pm, loaded with the recordings written for your track.
- Private walled courtyard
- Completely private — high walls, open sky. Your daily sun soak happens here, as bare as you please, with an outdoor soaking tub under the stars at night.
- The small things
- Ear plugs, eye mask, night-time temperature you control, and a sleep-optimised sound library.
Service
The parts you are not supposed to notice.
- Turndown, while you are in the evening program
- Between 7pm and 8:30pm the studio is full and every villa is empty. Housekeeping works a clean ninety-minute run, and the handwritten card naming tomorrow's principle of nature is laid on your pillow. You do not receive it. You find it.
- Around the clock
- Breakfast runs 6am to 9am, lunch 11:30am to 2pm, dinner 5pm to 8pm — a window, not a sitting. Room service runs 24/7, and the villa is turned down every night.
- One steward, three villas
- Outside program hours each steward looks after three villas and the guests in them. Not a call center. A person, whose name you learn on Tuesday.
- Treatments come to you
- In the spa, or on your own patio, indoors or out. The treatment travels.
The sky above the villa is Bortle Class 2, and the satellite record shows zero detectable artificial light at the site in every year since 2012. Turn everything off and step onto the patio.
