These terms govern your use of santerraexperience.com. By using the site or applying to the Signature Experience, you agree to them.

(001) Using this site

You may browse this site and submit an application for your own genuine interest in the experience. Please don't misuse the site — no scraping, no attempts to disrupt it, no submitting information that isn't yours to submit.

(002) Applications are an invitation, not a booking

Submitting an application does not reserve a place or create a contract. We review each application personally and follow up by phone. A place is confirmed only after a deposit and the signed guest agreement.

Payment, cancellation, and refund terms live on our Policies page and in the guest agreement you sign at booking.

(003) Not medical or mental-health advice

The Santerra Signature Experience is an educational and experiential wellness program. It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or therapy, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Please consult your own physician about your health. You remain responsible for your own health decisions.

(004) Our content

The text, design, brand marks, and imagery on this site belong to Santerra and Rhodium Ventures. Please don't reuse them without permission. Photographs marked as study imagery are stylized placeholders.

(005) Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. We may update them as the site evolves; the version posted here is the current one, with the date shown above.
